Return Policy

At Woven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a simple return process.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items should be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Final sale items, swimwear, and intimate apparel are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Want to exchange for a different size or color? Simply follow the return process, and place a new order for the item of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
